Returns
You may return most new, unused kitchen chimneys within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns must be authorized by our customer support team before shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Installed or used kitchen chimneys
Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Clearance or final-sale products
Customized or special-order items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:
A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting support.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly. If you need to exchange your product, please reach out to our support team to begin the process.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
